1. Corporate Identity & Ownership

SentaTrust, SentaShield, SentaLabs, and any related or future products and services referenced on this website (collectively "SentaTrust Products") are brands and operational divisions of SentaTrust Technologies LLC (registered as Senta Trust Technologies LLC), a company registered in Al Khabaisi, United Arab Emirates.

All contractual, legal, and financial obligations related to SentaTrust Products are assumed by SentaTrust Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "SentaTrust").

2. Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational and transactional purposes related to SentaTrust's verification and certification services.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or use any content or trademarks for purposes other than evaluating or purchasing SentaTrust services.

All intellectual property, including text, graphics, reports, and design elements, remains the property of SentaTrust Technologies LLC.

3. Definitions

For clarity in these Terms:

• Client means any individual or organization engaging SentaTrust to perform verification or certification services.
• Contract means the smart-contract code and related blockchain artifacts submitted for review.
• Services means the verification, audit, certification, reporting, or monitoring services offered by SentaTrust Products.
• Certificate means the digital verification certificate and/or badge issued by SentaTrust upon completion of the Services.
• Materials means the Client's source code, documentation, repositories, addresses, and related information supplied to SentaTrust.
• Order means the request or order form specifying the Services, scope, fees, and delivery schedule.

4. Scope of Services

SentaTrust performs verification and certification services for the Contract specified in the Client's Order.

Services may include code analysis, structured scanning, vulnerability assessment, report preparation, and issuance of a Certificate if applicable.

The review applies only to the version of the Contract provided at the time of analysis.

SentaTrust does not guarantee that the Contract is free from all vulnerabilities, logic errors, exploits, or future risks.

Certificates represent the results of professional verification at a specific point in time and do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or insurance against future loss.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete Materials, including all dependencies, libraries, documentation, and configurations.

Clients must promptly disclose any material changes to the Contract.

If the Contract is modified after verification without re-evaluation, the Certificate may become invalid.

Clients must apply recommended remediations before referencing or using the Certificate publicly.

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may delay delivery or result in suspension of the Services.

6. Certification and Public Verification

Upon successful completion of the Services and receipt of payment, SentaTrust issues a Certificate referencing the verified Contract version.

The Certificate is valid only for that version of the Contract and within the verified scope.

Clients may display the Certificate and Certification Seal in accordance with SentaTrust's brand guidelines.

Unauthorized, misleading, or continued use of the Certificate after code modification may result in revocation.

SentaTrust may, at its discretion, list verified projects and their certificate details on a public verification portal unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once Services have commenced.

Additional work beyond the agreed scope—including additional contracts, chain integrations, or remediation rounds—will incur additional fees.

All online payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a payment, the Client agrees to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Payment Processing Notice: All online payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. (Thailand), operator of the SentaTrust brand. SentaTrust Technologies LLC remains responsible for service delivery within the UAE jurisdiction.

If payment is not received or required information is not provided, SentaTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

SentaTrust Technologies LLC provides no guarantee that verified code is free of errors, vulnerabilities, or future exploits.

Verification mitigates risk; it does not eliminate it.

The Client acknowledges that deployment or use of verified contracts remains at the Client's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentaTrust's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that Service.

SentaTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of tokens, assets, profits, data, or business interruption.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SentaTrust Technologies LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from the Client's breach of these Terms or use of verified materials outside the certified scope.

9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All Client materials remain Client property.

SentaTrust treats all provided materials, findings, and reports as confidential unless otherwise agreed.

SentaTrust retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, and report formats used in delivering the Services.

Clients may use the Certificate and related documentation only in accordance with SentaTrust's brand usage and publicity policy.

10. Termination and Suspension

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of the Service engagement and any related post-Service obligations.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breach is not remedied within thirty (30) days of written notice.

Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of Services performed up to the termination date.

SentaTrust may suspend or delay Services if the Client fails to provide necessary materials or payment.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in Dubai, UAE, in English, unless otherwise agreed.

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Amendments

SentaTrust reserves the right to amend or update these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a Service is the version published on this website at the time of order submission.

Continued use of the website or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

No assignment or transfer of rights or obligations under these Terms may occur without written consent, except to a successor entity.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and SentaTrust concerning website use and Services and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

By using this website or submitting an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
