Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Verification and certification services are professional engagements that begin immediately once the Client order is confirmed and verified by our team. Each engagement requires dedicated analyst time, resource allocation, and project initiation specific to the Client's contract and scope.

Because of this, payments are non-refundable once the verification process has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate Payment – If a Client accidentally submits more than one payment for the same order.
2. Service Not Yet Started – If a Client requests cancellation before Senta Trust initiates any review or analysis work (generally within 24 hours of order confirmation).
3. Administrative Error – If a transaction was processed incorrectly due to technical or billing error on Senta Trust's side.

Requests for refund must be submitted by email to billing@sentatrust.com within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Senta Trust / Prolegal Kabayan FZ LLC.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• • The verification, audit, or certification process has already begun.
• • The Client fails to provide required project information or materials.
• • The Client decides not to proceed after work has started or after preliminary results are delivered.
• • The Service was completed and a Certificate or Report has been issued.
• • The Service was delayed due to Client inaction, missing data, or late responses.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Refunds are processed by Stripe on behalf of Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. and returned to the original payment method.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout within 7–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank or card network.

No cash refunds or alternate payment methods are available.

5. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order before work has commenced, please email billing@sentatrust.com or reply directly to your confirmation email with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [Order Number]".

You will receive written confirmation once the cancellation is approved.

If work has already started, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6. Modifications or Scope Changes

If you request to modify the project scope (e.g., add new contracts, networks, or compliance checks), Senta Trust will provide a revised quotation.

Any additional fees must be paid prior to continuation of work.

Such modifications do not entitle the Client to cancel the original order.

7. Service Delivery Delays

While Senta Trust strives to deliver all verification and certification results within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates only. Minor delays due to workload, complexity, or Client input requirements do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

8. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact billing@sentatrust.com immediately before initiating any dispute through your card issuer.

Unnotified chargebacks delay resolution and may incur administrative fees.

Senta Trust reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
